Do I need experience to join The TXRE Group?+
We onboard both new and experienced agents. New agents receive mentor matching, our launch curriculum, and a VA-backed transaction desk so you can represent clients confidently from your first deal. Experienced agents plug straight into our lead engine and leverage stack.
What does it cost to join?+
There are no franchise or desk fees. You operate on eXp Realty's 80/20 commission split capped at $16,000 per plan year, after which you keep 100%. Our AI lead engine, VA desk, and social studio are provided as team resources to participating agents.
How many leads will I get?+
Our agents receive an average of 180+ nurtured leads per year from the AI engine, plus shared overflow from team listings. Every lead is scored and routed by intent and synced to your Follow Up Boss pipeline in real time.
What is the virtual assistant model?+
Each agent is backed by trained VAs who handle transaction coordination, CRM hygiene, MLS entry, and listing management. You reclaim 15+ hours a week and focus exclusively on revenue-producing conversations.
